    Reliable, friendly and prompt service. Ian and Julie have 5 of our properties on the market and sold 2 within 5 months, the other agents in town hadn't sold any after over 10 years on the market. Thanks guys

    We had a property listed with Suttons and twice after taking prospective buyers through the property they left the property open... they did not close up and lock up the house when they left.

    You would be better served by selling your property yourself by purchasing a portal on a real estate website or through another means. They were nice enough, but I wouldn't recommend them for selling real estate.

    They also did not get back to us after showing people through and we did not received a progress report re local sales in the 7 months it was listed with them.
